Usage:

Apply the adhesive to keep the patches in place.

KENKO' TAKARA is best placed under the sole
of the foot before going to bed at night and
let it stay there for 8 to 12 hours. The
following day you will notice a change in
color of the packet from white to dark color
and it is wet. This is cause by the absorption of
impurities and fluids that was naturally
expelled from the body.

KENKO' TAKARA, is best placed under ones
sole as it is the place with more than 60
acupressure points, out of 360 acupressure
points distributed over the human body. Like
a foot massage that relaxes the nerves,
enhances blood circulation, energize the
